What will I need for class?

We provide all of the equipment. We recommend students bring water and wear comfortable, breathable clothing that you can easily move in. Try to refrain from over-sized or baggy clothing that can hinder the instructor’s ability to see your form.

Do you have a changing room?

Yes, we have a private changing room and restroom so you can change, and after class, refresh. Sorry, at this time we do not have showers.

Where do I park?

We’re located at the West End, which has parking ramps with plenty of free, covered parking. It’s most convenient to park in the underground garage and then take the main stairway or elevator to street level. Once you exit the elevator lobby doors, you will see Haute Barre in the pedestrian arcade between Phresh and Evereve.

Do I have to pre-register for a class?

We do accept walk-ins if there is a space in the class. However, we recommend pre-registering to reserve your space since classes can and do sell out.

How often should I come to Haute Barre to see results, and what classes should I take?

Most members see a significant change in their bodies after 6 weeks by attending class 3 to 5 times per week.  Everyone’s bodies and fitness objectives are different.  Please feel free to reach out to your favorite instructor or speak to anyone on the Haute Barre team about your goals and the best way for you to reach them!

Do you offer any specials for new clients?

We do! Please refer to special, introductory packages to get you started.

I want to do the monthly auto-pay. How do I sign up?

In the Retail screen on MindBody Online, click on the “CONTRACTS” tab to sign up for autopay. Please note that there is a 3-month minimum commitment, but the contract is set for one year. After three months, you may cancel without penalty, but you must do so by e-mailing the studio directly with at least ten (10) days notice.

Can I come to Haute Barre if I am pregnant?

Yes, you can.  However, please clear it with your doctor and bring a doctor’s note with you to class before beginning any prenatal program. Please inform your instructor prior to class that you are pregnant. We would suggest arriving a little early to discuss modifications with your instructor before class.  If you have no history of exercise prior to becoming pregnant, we will ask that you wait until after you have your baby to begin an exercise regime.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You may cancel a reservation up to 4 hours prior to the start of class with the exception of the morning classes. Classes that start on or before 10:00 a.m. need to be cancelled by 9:00 p.m. the night prior. If you do not cancel within this window of time or don’t show up for class, you will be charged a class from your class package; a day in your package if you have the new client special or a $10 late cancel fee for all other unlimited packages.  Cancellations must be made online through your MindBody account.  We cannot accept cancellations via e-mail or phone.

This policy is intended help keep Haute Barre classes full and wait lists short. We would like to help everyone get into every class they want, and improve the Haute Barre experience for all clients.  We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
