What do you love about Haute Barre?
The fact that I am always challenged and never bored with the workout. The instructors are outstanding – always inspiring and motivating. The overall vibe of the studio is warm and welcoming. The familiar faces in classes.
What’s the biggest change you’ve noticed?
Increased strength and tone in leg muscles.

I love the welcoming feeling when you enter the studio. I also love how inspiring the Haute Barre instructors are, the music that they choose helps motivate us to work harder.
If you could describe Haute Barre using 3 words, what would they be?
Friendly, intense, and addictive.

What do you love most about Haute Barre?
I love that it is a fun, fast paced, full body workout and each day is different. Before I was a runner, dancer, and tennis player.
I can get the same benefits from each activity in one barre class. I love that barre is a challenging workout, but also has some dance themes. I love that you push yourself during class and feel the burn later.
We will deliver a dynamic fitness experience that inspires our community to be connected, healthy and have fun!
We encourage each other with kind support and respect for individual ability and needs.
