New Summer Classes

We are thrilled to launch our summer schedule the weekend of June 10th!  Join us for NEW class formats + NEW class times!  Here’s a sneak peek of what we have in store!

NEW Classes

Saturday 11:00am: Barre Strong-45*

Ready to take your practice to the next level? Join us for this 45-minute barre fusion class, combining strength and low impact cardio. This class encourages you to use heavier weights as it incorporates larger movements with less reps. Get ready to take your time at the barre to a whole new level! {This class is for everyone! The goal is to challenge your body, wherever you are at on your fitness journey!}

*Haute Burn 75 will be added back to the schedule at this time starting the weekend after Labor Day.

 

Monday 4:30pm: Barre Boxing

Hit the barre for this boxing inspired, ballet barre influenced workout. During this 45 minute class, feel the sweat as you punch your way through cardio intervals and take a jab at extended core sequences. Bring water and come ready to sweat!

Wednesday 4:30pm: FAB-45 Fusion

Sculpt, tone and burn in this 45-minute barre class – We’re heating up our Haute FAB-45 format to bring you more burn and shake. FAB-45 Fusion combines full range muscle movement followed by effective barre technique to elevate your heart rate and maximize the burn.

Haute Mix Workshop

Join us for our Haute Mix Workshop, led by Jess Yineman!

Date: Wednesday, June 7th

Time: 6:45 – 8pm 

Ready to shake your booty and get shape up for summer?!?!

You’ll get your barre fix + learn a jazz funk dance that will get the heart rate going and your hips a shakin’ in this 75 min workshop. Don’t worry if the only time you’ve danced is for your bathroom mirror – all beginners welcome!

$30 for non-members, $20 for members

Haute Community Board Challege

Challenge Time!

We are thrilled to share the details on our NEW challenge!!  We are looking for content for our HAUTE Community Board and we want YOU!

Each month we’ll feature pics of our haute community.  At the end of the month, we’ll draw one lucky hautie to receive an awesome prize package featuring our local favorites!

Haute Student of the Month: Lori

Each month we talk with one of our students so they can share their experience with others.  This month we’re chatting with Lori.

What do you love about Haute Barre?

Many things… the atmosphere, the community and, of course, the workouts.

What’s the biggest change you’ve noticed? 

I feel stronger, both physically and mentally.

What part of class do you love to hate?  

Reverse chair! It always gets me “shaking”.

What advice would you give to someone coming to HB for the first time? 

Don’t be intimidated, do what you can and build from there.

What motivates you to come to class?  
The feeling of accomplishment I know I will have once I have completed a class.
